Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

This accessibility statement covers erryn.io and web-based software and digital services operated by Erryn.io Ltd, including LucroForge where applicable.

Accessibility is part of how we approach design and development rather than something we regard as a final compliance exercise. We aim to make our websites and software usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or interact with the web in different ways.

Our approach

Erryn.io Ltd is not a public sector body and is therefore not subject to the specific website and mobile application accessibility regulations that apply to UK public sector organisations.

However, accessibility is still relevant to our responsibilities as a service provider, including obligations under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people where those duties apply.

Beyond legal requirements, we think accessible design generally produces better websites and software, so we try to identify and resolve accessibility problems as part of normal development.

The standard we work towards

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our working accessibility target for web content and interfaces where applicable.

WCAG covers areas including keyboard accessibility, colour contrast, text resizing and reflow, focus visibility, headings and labels, alternative text, form controls, and interaction with assistive technologies.

We have not carried out a complete independent WCAG audit of every page and feature, and we do not currently claim that every part of erryn.io or every software Service fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Instead, WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard we use to guide development and improvements, and we aim to correct accessibility barriers when we identify them.

How we test accessibility

We use automated accessibility and performance testing tools, including Lighthouse, during development and maintenance.

Automated testing can identify many technical accessibility issues, but it cannot identify every barrier or establish accessibility on its own. We therefore also consider accessibility during normal design, development, content creation, and issue investigation.

Where practical, accessibility checks focus on areas including:

  • Colour and interface contrast.
  • Semantic page structure and headings.
  • Alternative text and non-text content.
  • Keyboard-accessible controls and navigation.
  • Visible and usable focus states.
  • Forms, labels, instructions, and error handling.
  • Text resizing, responsive behaviour, and reflow.
  • Animation and interactive behaviour that may create accessibility barriers.

This testing is an ongoing development process rather than a claim that every possible accessibility issue has already been identified.

Third-party content and services

Some parts of our websites and software may rely on third-party platforms, plugins, embeds, payment services, authentication services, or other technology that we do not completely control.

Where we can configure or implement those services in a more accessible way, we aim to do so. Where a limitation exists within a third-party service itself, we may not be able to correct the underlying issue directly.

If a third-party component creates a genuine barrier to accessing something you need from us, please contact us. Where reasonably possible, we will investigate an alternative way of providing the relevant information or service.

Software products

Our software products are developed iteratively and may contain new, changing, beta, or experimental functionality.

For web-based software such as LucroForge, WCAG 2.2 AA is used as a working accessibility target where applicable to the interface.

As with erryn.io itself, we do not claim full WCAG conformance for a software product unless we have sufficient evidence to support that claim.

Accessibility issues identified during development, testing, or through user feedback will be assessed alongside other defects and usability problems, with particular attention given to issues that prevent somebody from completing an important task.

Known accessibility issues

We are not currently maintaining a list of known accessibility barriers that materially prevent use of the main erryn.io website.

That should not be read as a statement that no accessibility issues exist. Automated tools and internal review cannot reproduce every combination of disability, assistive technology, browser, device, or individual need.

If we become aware of a significant unresolved accessibility issue affecting general use of the site or one of our Services, we will update this statement where appropriate.

If you need an adjustment or alternative format

If an accessibility issue makes it difficult for you to use erryn.io, access information, submit an enquiry, use one of our software Services, or complete another process with us, please tell us.

Where reasonably possible, we can look at an alternative way to provide the information or service, or make an appropriate adjustment to the way we work with you.

If you need information supplied by us in a different accessible format, please contact us and explain what would work for you.

Report an accessibility problem

If something does not work for you, we’d genuinely like to know.

It helps if you can tell us:

  • The page, feature, or Service you were trying to use.
  • What went wrong or prevented you from completing the task.
  • The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, if relevant and if you are comfortable providing that information.

You do not need to provide information about a disability or medical condition in order to report an accessibility problem.

Email: hello@erryn.io

We will investigate reported barriers and make reasonable improvements or adjustments where we can.

Reviewing this statement

Accessibility requirements, our Services, and the technology we use will change over time.

We review this statement periodically and will update it when our approach changes materially, when a significant new Service is introduced, or when we become aware of information that makes the statement inaccurate.
